Ideally, the atielier method - in a group learning situation where I can work on my own but still be around other humans, and where there's someone more expert than me to provide assistance when I get stuck.
How do you deal with change?
I think initially I get into a defensive posture to survey the situation, and then I address it with a practical yet creative bent.
What experience have you had with learning technologies & social media?
Social media often feels like work (not play, not learning) to me; yet another platform on which I need to labor. Learning technologies, though - I'm all about those!
How can we create really enjoyable learning experiences?
Human interaction or socialibility is key! We only really learn through social interactions - hence the old adage about testing how much you know by trying to teach someone else. This is how learning really happens, I think, and we now have the potential to encourage this not just in meat-space but in virtual spaces.
