I am interested in all types of learning and development and I feel SKIL2 has great potential.

How do you deal with change?
I did find change difficult at times because there is a tendency to become secure and comfortable where you are at or sometimes stuck in a rut but over the years I have become more adaptable and have learned to move with the times and accept change.
What experience have you had with learning technologies & social media?
I have successfully completed ECDL
I hold a Teacher's Diploma in IT Skills
I taught Vocational Specialism in IT to secondary school pupils for five years.
In my home there are two PC's and four laptops which are networked and wireless and are used constantly.
In my employment I use my PC all day every day.
I use many software packages through my previous training and in my present employment.
I use email and the internet daily.
I have viewed many videos on You Tube and have performed many Google searches.
I have sent texts online through the Vodafone website.
How can we create really enjoyable learning experiences?
Make learning fun and interesting.
Don't use jargin, make the learning understandable.
Make it interactive.
Have a safe space (protected) for discussion forum.
Ensure the learning is organised and well presented.
Ensure it is informative.
Visually pleasing
Precise and accurate
Ensure it is easily accessable
