- Mainly by osmosis I suspect.

- I embrace most change as an exciting learning experience and a seed for growth.

- I've had my fingers in both in experimental ways, but I'm not sure I'd be brave enough to say I "understand" them. I'm intensely interested though.

- Anything else you'd like to add about yourself?
- I'm working in a creative field where some of the key skills are very personal (individual talents) and sometimes hard to design or quantify. In a business environment this creates interesting tensions for those who enjoy standard-operating-procedures and pre-defined responses and outcomes. In an educational environment it raises interesting issues over what can be "taught", what needs to be "encouraged" and what is innate.
